Assistant Organizer

Have you always been the “organized one” in your family or friend group? Does organizing your closet make you genuinely light up? Do you have an eye for design and love helping others improve their homes and lives?

Minimalista Organizing is looking for you.

We are hiring Assistant Organizers to support our team on an as-needed, per-project basis.

As an Assistant Organizer, you will work alongside a Lead Organizer to declutter, sort, and organize clients’ homes and offices throughout the DFW area. This role is hands-on and active — you’ll be lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods while helping create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. You value confidentiality, are a great listener, and care deeply about creating a luxury client experience. While previous professional organizing experience is not required, a strong passion for organizing, design, and helping others is essential.

This is a part-time, as-needed position. Applicants must be available at least three days per week, Monday through Friday, between 9am and 2pm.

There are opportunities for growth within our company, including advancement to Assistant Lead Organizer and Lead Organizer roles.

Social Media & Growth Assistant

Minimalista Organizing is looking for a Social Media & Growth Assistant to help us expand our online presence, connect with our community, and share our work across multiple platforms.

This is a remote, part-time position supporting our Dallas-based organizing business.

As our Social Media & Growth Assistant, you will help take the content we already create and share it across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You’ll also engage with our audience, help manage messages and comments, and support the growth of our brand through thoughtful, consistent online interaction.

You’ll be helping more potential customers discover our services and our favorite organizing products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reposting and sharing our content

  • Creating simple graphics using Canva

  • Engaging with followers and commenting on social media

  • Responding to messages and comments

  • Creating and sharing product posts through LTK and ManyChat

  • Keeping up with social media trends and sharing ideas with our team

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Canva

  • Friendly, thoughtful, and professional when communicating online

  • Interested in social media, content, and online growth

  • Excited to be part of a small, growing business

Experience with social media management, LTK, or ManyChat is a plus.

This is a remote, part-time position (5-15 hours per week).
Pay is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience.

There is room to grow as our brand continues to expand.
