Have you always been the “organized one” in your family or friend group? Does organizing your closet genuinely light you up? Do you have an eye for design and love helping others create beautiful, functional spaces?

Minimalista Organizing is looking for you.

We are seeking Assistant Organizers to support our team on an as-needed, per-project basis.

As an Assistant Organizer, you will work alongside a Lead Organizer to declutter, sort, and organize clients' homes and offices throughout the DFW area. This is a hands-on, active opportunity—you'll lift up to 30 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods while helping create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients.

We're looking for someone who is organized, responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. You value confidentiality, are an excellent listener, and genuinely enjoy helping others. While previous professional organizing experience is not required, a strong passion for organizing, design, and creating an exceptional client experience is essential.

Most client projects take place Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Applicants with weekday availability during these hours are encouraged to apply.
