Assistant Organizer

Minimalista Organizing is looking for you.
We are hiring Assistant Organizers to support our team on an as-needed, per-project basis.
As an Assistant Organizer, you will work alongside a Lead Organizer to declutter, sort, and organize clients’ homes and offices throughout the DFW area. This role is hands-on and active — you’ll be lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods while helping create beautiful, functional spaces for our clients.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. You value confidentiality, are a great listener, and care deeply about creating a luxury client experience. While previous professional organizing experience is not required, a strong passion for organizing, design, and helping others is essential.
This is a part-time, as-needed position. Applicants must be available at least three days per week, Monday through Friday, between 9am and 2pm.
